Hello Boba is more than bubble tea — it’s a warm, plant-filled gathering place in White Bear Lake, a food truck that shows up for the Twin Cities, and a little white dog who somehow became the brand.
Meet Boba
Boba is the owner’s dog and the fluffy face behind the line art on the walls, cups, and the food truck. Guests fall for the drinks first… and then notice the cloud of white fur photobombing a cookies-and-cream masterpiece.
The illustrations you’ll see around the shop (and on this site) aren’t generic clip art — they match the real Boba energy that makes Hello Boba feel like Hello Boba.

Step inside for handcrafted milk teas, specialty Vietnamese coffee, matcha, lemonade bar fun, and snacks — with the kind of customizable sweetness and toppings that turn first-timers into regulars.
Public storefront stories describe Hello Boba as a heartfelt dream brought to life by founder Vy Dam, who immigrated from Vietnam. This prototype keeps the focus on community and craft — deeper founder storytelling can be refined with the family when the surprise becomes a conversation.
